The HTMLHyperlinkElementUtils.hash
property returns a DOMString
containing a '#'
followed by the fragment identifier of the URL. The fragment is not percent-decoded. Returns the empty string if the URL does not contain a fragment identifier.
string = object.hash; object.hash = string;
