PushMessageData.json

This is an experimental technology
Check the Browser compatibility table carefully before using this in production.

The json()method of the PushMessageData interface extracts push message data as a JSON object.

Syntax

var myJson = PushEvent.data.json();

Parameters

None.

Returns

A JSON object.

Examples

self.addEventListener('push', function(event) {
  var jsonObj = event.data.json();

  // do something with your JSON
});
