The WebGLRenderingContext.getActiveUniform()
method of the WebGL API returns a WebGLActiveInfo
object containing size, type, and name of a uniform attribute at a given position in a WebGLProgram
.

specifying the index of the uniform attribute to get. This value is returned by getUniformLocation()
